1. Introduction

Welcome to QR Wedding Photos ("we," "our," "us," or "the Service"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

1.1 Company Information

QR Wedding Photos is operated by Slend Software FZE-LLC, a company registered in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. When you use our Service, you are entering into an agreement with Slend Software FZE-LLC.

2. Definitions

Service: The QR Wedding Photos platform, website, and related applications.
User: Any individual who registers for and uses the Service.
Content: Photos, videos, text, and other materials uploaded to or displayed on the Service.
Event: A specific occasion (wedding, party, etc.) for which the Service is being used to collect and share photos.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Service Plans and Billing

4.1 Free Trial

Duration: 30 days
Storage Limit: 20 photos or videos (0.5 GB of storage fair use)
Retention Period: Your content will remain accessible for 7 days after your trial expires

4.2 Premium Plan

Duration: 365 days
Storage Limit: Unlimited photos and videos (100 GB fair use limit per event)
Retention Period: Your content will remain accessible for 30 days after your premium plan expires

4.3 Fair Use Policy

Our unlimited storage is subject to a fair use limit of 100GB per event. While our service is called QR Wedding Photos, it can be used for any type of event including weddings, birthdays, parties, corporate events, or other celebrations. The storage is specifically designated for content related to a single event. Related activities (like wedding preparations, rehearsal dinners, honeymoon photos, etc.) may be included as part of the same event. Each purchased plan covers one event - if you wish to use our service for multiple separate events, you'll need to create separate event spaces.

4.4 Payments and Renewals

All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. By purchasing a Premium Plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the plan selected. If your payment cannot be completed, we may suspend or terminate your account.

4.5 Refund Policy

Premium plans are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We do not offer refunds for any reason once a purchase has been made. To ensure our service meets your needs before purchasing, we provide a free account option that is fully functional with limited capacity (20 photos) and allows you to test all features. This free trial is designed specifically to let users evaluate our service prior to making a purchase commitment. By purchasing a Premium Plan, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this no-refund policy.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

5.1 Data Access During Retention Period

During the retention period after your plan expires, you may:

View existing content
Download your content
Purchase or renew a premium plan
No new uploads will be permitted during this period

5.2 Permanent Deletion

After the retention period ends, we will permanently delete all photos, videos, event details, and associated metadata. This deletion is irreversible. You may also choose to delete your content permanently at any time through your dashboard. We strongly recommend downloading any content you wish to keep before the retention period ends.

6. User Content and Conduct

6.1 Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to our Service. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

6.2 Prohibited Content

You are strictly prohibited from uploading, sharing, or distributing any content that:

Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of privacy
Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights
Contains sexually explicit content, pornography, or obscene material
Promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, or hatred
Depicts or advocates violence or harm against any individual or group
Contains software viruses or any other malicious code

You are solely responsible for all content that you upload to the Service. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to terminate accounts of repeat infringers. We may report illegal content to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

6.3 Content Management

Our dashboard provides tools for you to manage your content, including the ability to delete media files permanently. Once deleted through the dashboard, files cannot be recovered, so please use this feature carefully.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to ensure our Service is available at all times. However, we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR CONTENT OR TRANSMISSIONS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QR Wedding Photos, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from: (i) your use of the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms of Service; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by updating the date at the top of these terms and, in some cases, we may provide additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending an email notification). Your continued use of the Service after such changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
